CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you and allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.
